Our Leadership Principles

The sustainable success of Hager Group depends on its capacity to grow profitably, in line with its identity and culture

To ensure our success for the future we have defined our vision and ambition for the next 5 years which inspires members of each entity to turn this into reality. The ability and attitude of all employees within the group to make the right decisions and take action, on time, in line with our future ambitions and identity are the real key factors to success. Each of us should take initiatives autonomously and be responsible for results, relying on the asset of our common culture which is based on our history and our three values: courage, authenticity, integrity.
