In the previous mails you’ve had the opportunity to reflect on how to have a good exchange, tips for being well prepared and asking yourself and your manager the right questions.
Today we’ll answer some questions that still might be unanswered.By when should the Performance interview happen?
By February 28, 2017: All appraisals for 2016 must be completed in the previous system
By March 31, 2017: Objectives for 2017 have to be set, at the latest.
The development interviews will take place between June and August 2017.With our collaborative IT tool Campus, you may wonder if you still need to be face-to-face to conduct the interview?
The answer is YES! Campus is a tool to capture information but it does not replace a face-to-face discussion. Seize the opportunity to bound with your manager or your employee and reinforce the relationship during the face to face meeting. And for those who already have had their Performance Interview
||The process is finalized only as soon as the manager sends the form to
“Agreement of Objectives”. To agree on the objectives, click on the bottom-right
corner in the form in Campus.
||Did you notice that you don’t need to sign any paper as an agreement of your form?
Actually, the agreement goes now through an electronic signature, by simply
clicking on “I agree”.
||If you receive the error message “The system is blocked for 120 minutes” here is
some advice: The form is locked until it’s closed properly. To close it, the user that
logged-out incorrectly has to return to the form and click on “Save & Close” or
“Cancel” thereby closing the form properly. It is then immediately unlocked,
otherwise it will remain locked for 120 minutes.
