Here’s your last coffee mail. We hope you’ve enjoyed your journey to a great cup of coffee. In the previous mails you had tips for having a good exchange during your Performance Interview and you may now wonder: When is the time to discuss about development?
During the Performance Interview, you can also set annual short-term development objectives that will support you in achieving your performance objectives.
You can discuss and define for the coming year the most relevant training actions, which could either be a classroom training, an e-Learning, or a conference.
To be more concrete: If you started a new project in which you need to interact with international colleagues, you might need to improve your English language skills. One way is to attend an English class, another way is to look for an E-Learning or even identify a native speaker with whom you can exchange and practice on a regular basis.
To support you, you can browse directly from the PDI form in our Learning Catalogue to search for a classroom training. Click here
for more information.
We hope you learned again some interesting new facts this week and that you enjoyed our second coffee-mail campaign.
Thanks very much for reading and wishing you a good weekend!

Human Resources PS: We’ll be back in a couple of months to give a deeper insight about the Development Interview, which is dedicated to your mid and long-term development.
