Before the event:
If you are presenting we recommend you arrive the day before, Tuesday 14th
March, or early in the morning of Wednesday 15th
March to familiarise yourself with the layout and organise / customise your stand. During the event:
The welcome buffet kicks-off at midday in Hager Forum for which you have received an invitation. For finalists:
your name badge will be available for you in your stand; all uncollected badges will be kept in the reception area of Hager Forum.For all other participants:
your name badge will be available at the reception area of Hager Forum.A cloakroom
is available for your jackets in the reception area of Hager Forum. Water
for finalists will be available for you in your stand during the day.
The Jury deliberation will take approximately one hour, during this time there will be a cocktail buffet available for you at Hager Forum.
When the Awards and final speeches have been given the event is over.
