You may have heard about PDI, about Campus and SuccessFactors. But what are the differences? Just in case this is still unclear in your head, here are some clues: PDI
is the new format of the annual interview, which includes two interviews, one focused on performance, the other on development. Campus
is the platform to which we can all connect in order to prepare, conduct and then to follow up on our interviews. It features also other functionalities such as our Training module (Learning Management System-LMS), internal mobility and an organizational chart functionality.SuccessFactors
is the company which has built the software our Campus runs on.To start, where can you find the Campus plate-form and how to log in?
There are several options:
To log in:
||Check in “my apps” in Hagernet it might be already there.
If not, click on “manage” and put it in “my apps”.
||Your ID is your employee number (8 digits), which can be found on
your Hager access card under your name.
||Your password (for the first log-on) is P followed by your birthdate with
the following format: DDMMYYYY (e.g. August 12, 1977, -> P12081977).
Afterwards you will be asked to change your password.
