We are currently looking for a permanent  position of Transformation Project Manager m/w for our location in Obernai (France, Alsace).


Transformation Project Manager m/w


TheTransformation Project Manager will coordinate the global transformation project team work and action (6 Change Levers). He/She will contribute to the transformation deployement on a group level and facilitate the group transformation while contributing directly to the project management and change support.
He/she will also be an operational support of the Chief Group Human Resources Officer, and act as a subject matter expert for change management and in-depth transformation.

The main responsabilities of this role are built around the following axes:

  • Coordinate and moderate the transformation: preparing meetings, suggesting further actions, ensuring deployment and continuous improvement, follow-up and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement 6 Change Levers by supporting the leaders, in close interaction with Talent Management team, Business leaders and internal stakeholders. Supervise their deployment in close cooperation with HRBPs and Learning Administration.
  • Influence and connect: be a real Team Player, suggest new initiatives and innovations to the manager, in line with Group priorities and supporting the Leadership aim and enhance connections around the Group.
  • Facilitate Transformation: co-Lead Group Change Management Projects and/or initiatives as per Group priorities (ex : evolution in organisation, footprints' evolutions...) with one Business Global Project Leader and most of the time one HR Project Leader with an experience in PMO, being timeboxing and facts & figures driven.
  • Support to the Chief Group Human Resources Officer: be an operational support of the Chief Group Human Resources Officer, prepare key presentations and consolidate key elements for internal and external needs.

The main requirements for the position are:

  • Business or HR Master Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as HR generalist.
  • Be familiar in working in an international environment.
  • Used to work with Top Management and high ability to adapt.

We are looking for strong analysis and synthesis skills, project management and communication skills, ability to manage and deal with various stakeholders (business, HR, external parties), autonomy and ability to network.

To succeed in your missions you are recognised for your leadership competencies such as global perspective, collaboration, customer focus, drive for results.

As the position is at corporate level, you must be fluent in English, French and German langage are a plus.

Business travel are expected, especially in France and Germany.
