What does Customer Centricity mean to us? The quick answer is customer focus, something we have done since day one. Hager Group has always been a company that communicates openly and cooperates closely with its customers. So far, so good.
Our customer base is now much larger than it was in the past. In addition to electricians and electrical wholesalers, our attention is increasingly turning to electrical consultants, architects and building owners. Anyone who uses or would like to use our products and solutions deserves our interest. In the past, we sold products and systems to our customers; now we offer a range of additional services to meet their needs. This implies having a solid understanding of their daily needs and challenges.
In the future, we will have a better idea than ever of how successful we are at putting this into practice. How satisfied are our customers with our work? What areas can we improve? What have we overlooked? It is in answering these questions that we need to be honest with ourselves. And every day look for the areas and ways in which we can serve our customers better, more comprehensively, and with greater attention to detail.
