Our Supervisory Board

Our Supervisory Board: Hager Group has been a Societas Europaea (SE) since 2007 and, as such, is managed according to a dual board model. Business operations are managed by the Board of Directors, which is overseen by the Supervisory Board.

Günther Fleig

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hager SE, an economics graduate, he has held various positions of responsibility during his professional life. Among others, he was head of Controlling at Mercedes Benz AG and a Board Member of Daimler AG from 1999 to 2009.

Evi Hager

Stakeholder of Hager Group and Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Evi Hager is also at the head of the non-profit Peter and Luise Hager Foundation.

Gisela Lanza

Leading professor at the Institute of Production Science at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and lectures in Production Systems and Quality Management. Dr. Lanza, who joined Hager Group Supervisory Board in 2017, has headed the Production Systems department at the Institute of Production Science (wbk) since 2003.

Prof. Dr. Rainer Lorz

Joined the Supervisory Board of Hager SE in 2004. He is a lawyer, and partner in Hennerkes, Kirchdörfer & Lorz of Stuttgart. This law firm specialises in advising family and entrepreneurial businesses.

Antoine Raymond

Chairman of the international automotive supplier ARaymond Network. This family business of 6,800 employees produces fastening and assembly systems.

Philip Hager

As well as his position within the Supervisory Board, Philip is also active as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Foundation for Family Businesses (Stiftung Familienunternehmen). His role concerns matters such as company strategy, finance, compliance and family governance.
