EPL (Engineering Product Leader)

Mission:

As a part of our Tychy Engineering Department, you join a multi skilled team as Engineering Product Leader. Your mission is to lead international teams and external partners in the Development and Co-development of electronics devices related to our Home and Building Automation products range.  

Your responsibilities

As member of a multi-skilled project team, you are responsible to Deliver Electronics Products in line with project scope, QCD and applicable processes & policies. As such you have to  :

• Commit with Product Manager the Project scope & Requirements
• Lead Project Team to Develop & Deliver Technical Solutions answering the Customer & Market expectation
• Manage Schedule, Budget, Risks and Deliverables related to the Projects you lead
• Split responsibilities by Specifying the workpackages & RACI model.
• Collaborate with External Partners and Internal cross functions to Achieve our Development Plan 
• Follow our Internal processes related to Buy Resale, Co-Development and Development
• Focus on Customers
• Apply Guidelines related to Sustainable Development

Your profile

• Engineer degree (electronics - mandatory),
• English language skills (C1/ B2)
• Minimum 1 years of professional experience in the field of electronic development
• Project Management Knowhow (Gantt, WBS, Budget, FMEA, RACI)
• PMI / PRINCE2 certification appreciated
• Scrum Agile Methodologies knowledges appreciated
• Knowledges of KNX TP technology is appreciated
• Knowledge in electronic board manufacturing process (DFM / DFT)
• Rigorous, pragmatic and technically curious.
• Relational capacity, proactive and dynamic..
