Project Manager (m/f/d)

Hager Group is one of the leaders for solutions and services dedicated to electrical installations (commercial and residential). In a context of deep mutation of our environment, our projects and programs become more and more complex (products, apps, configurators, services, cloud, partnerships…). 

To stay competitive in this changing environment, our ambition is to become a leader in the project and program management. This is why we created our competency center called OFFER PMO to manage effectively the complex projects and programs dedicated to the offer creation. 

Mission

• Lead geographically dispersed, multi-cultural, multi-disciplined project teams 
• Accountable of the project lead on the complete project scope until objectives are met 
• Define the project scope, goals and final deliverables with all stakeholders based on project charter 
• Ensure robust outputs of the investigation phase: Value Proposition, business case, resources and planning  
• Accountable that final completion criteria are met: Time, Quality, Cost and ensure a systematic decreasing risk management approach 
• Evaluate final performance against defined project goals 
• Ensure regular communication with stakeholders 
• Support the introduction of new agile methods and tools as lean start-up, design thinking and agile methodologies 
• Lead continuous improvement activities for project management processes, methods and tools and contributes to ensure proper implementation overall the entire group 

Profile

• Highly skilled in project management with a solid working experience in global cross functional teams (at least 5 years) 
• Master degree in Engineering or in Marketing/Business in a technical environment 
• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent (PRINCE2…) highly appreciated 
• Experience in waterfall and agile methods (design thinking, SCRUM) 
• Good moderator and negotiator, good communication skills 
• Problem solving and decision making 
• Ability to challenge and improve processes 
• Fluent language skills in English (French and/or German highly appreciated)
