Analyst International Performance Marketing w/m


The Analyst International Performance Marketing is focusing on making our global marketing acquisition budget and plans more effective, as well as helping us optimise our marketing channels across the mix. The role is generating actionable insights from a complex data landscape involving managing large data sets and using the most appropriate modelling, analytics, and reporting tools.
We are looking for a smart, analytical and commercially astute marketing analyst, a confident communicator and team player, with extreme attention to detail, and a proactive can-do attitude.

 

Missions:

  • Identifying opportunities and challenges in our media buying by producing insightful analysis that leads to recommendations in buying strategy  
  • Generate insightful data deep-dives will build the foundation for marketing strategies across all sales channels (incl. SEA, SEO, Website, Social Media, etc.)  
  • Translate complex parameters into comprehensible presentations and lectures. Assisting in creating PowerPoint presentations on media campaign performance  
  • Advise the local Marketing Department by identifying potentials and trends of campaign performances as well as propose a recommended course of action  
  • Acting as competent sparring partner for local marketing teams in the countries, and the individual performance marketing channels in a cross-functional environment.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify underlying issues driving performance variances, and develop automated reports that visually flag possible problem areas   
  • Performing permanent customer and competitor research on global level 
  • Research and evaluate current macro- and micro-economic conditions in the media and advertising industry that may impact support of the organization’s campaigns  
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all data is tagged properly and flowing across digital marketing and database systems   

 
Profile:

  • Successfully completed your studies in business administration, marketing, economics or another analytical field (e.g. mathematics, econometrics, etc.)
  • 3 years work experience as Performance Marketing Analyst in e-commerce companies    
  • Comfortable with handling large quantities of data, especially in Microsoft Excel, a bonus would be knowledge in query languages (SQL) as well as statistical analysis and their application
  • Hands on experience in one or more of the following media channels is advantageous: Facebook ad platform, DSP (eg real time bidding systems), Mobile ad Network, Google Mobile Ad network, DSM
  • Good understanding of the various online performance marketing channels (incl. SEA, Performance Display, Affiliate, SEO, Display) and CRM and the KPIs associated with them
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
  • Self-driven, independent and able to organize and multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised team player, flexible and able to handle multiple activities, establish priorities, meet deadlines and work efficiently and effectivel
  • Service and customer centric mindset
