Group Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Missions 

As  Group Transformation Manager, you will operate as an internal consultant and your main missions will be : 

• Contribute to strategic initiatives : 
  • Prepare and lead work on deep dive topics that have been identified with the initiative accountables
  • Structure and review required activities across functions and identify dependencies in collaboration with the leaders of the initiatives and strategic stream leads 
  • For lighthouses, support preparing decisions, anticipating decision needs and risks, and explore mitigation options with lighthouse initiative leaders.  
  • As required, lead other CEO and  priorities and projects 
• Monitor the progress and enable steering: 
  • Follow-up on progress and risks 
  • Prepare reviews and decisions for the  Executive Committee
  • Ensure harmonized steering & escalation procedures. 
• Coordinate and ensure cross-functional alignment : 
  • Support coordinating workplans and timelines 
  • Ensure end-to-end perspective across all functions 
  • Drive harmonization of project management approach across functions  

Background & Functional Skills

• Strong project management experience, also in cross-functional settings 
• Broad functional experience, ideally across multiple functions 
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex and ambiguous situations, identifying the essentials across multiple dimensions like problem, people and process 
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and workshops to concrete, constructive, and innovative outcomes 
• Ability to understand strategic approach to decision making and translating decisions into actions 

• Outstanding track record and the willingness to grow further 
• Fluent proficiency in English a must and german a big asset to succeed in the role

• Curiosity and ambition to dive deep into new areas 
• Ability to independently manage own and others’ work and expectations, proactively obtaining support and involving management if needed 

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
