In-house Supply Planner (H/F)


Your missions :

Coordinating the operational planning activity for Obernai and Bischwiller Business Units

The coordinator:

  • Enables an efficient S&OP decision-making process by
    • Guaranteeing data consistency
    • Supporting the team in the S&OP preparation phase
    • Delivering transparent messages in S&OP
    • Attending to every S&OP meeting of Obernai and Bischwiller        
    • Building and maintaining efficient network relationships
  • Supports the team by
    • Ensuring that harmonized processes are implemented inside the team
    • Coordinating the backups inside the team
    • Being the first support for the team for daily technical topics or when tasks/workload need to be distributed or prioritized (as long as a management decision is not needed)
  • Identifies development needs for the team and gives feedbacks and suggestions to her/his manager to help the team growing.

Planning the supply activity (from S&OP to daily management) for some ranges amongst these plants

The coordinator is responsible for:

  • Sales and Operations Planning (for the defined area of responsibility) which includes:
    • Lead S&OP meeting and agree on production capacity planning per ranges
    • Checking with procurement teams that capacity plan is feasible from components, raw material and subsets point of view
    • Optimization of finished products stock quality
  • Operations Planning  (for the defined area of responsibility) which includes:
    • Weekly production orders planning
    • Regular and optimized parameters updates
    • KPIs update and analysis
  • Priority management  (for the defined area of responsibility) which includes:
    • Daily shortages planning
    • Quick reactivity and agile supply solutions to face with unpredictable demand
    • Efficient and updated communication on shortages towards the markets
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participates or lead cross-functional or cross-countries initiatives
    • Identifies issues or non-added values and make suggestions to solve them
    • Collaborates deeply and transversally with other departments
    • Strengthens the continuous improvement & problem solving attitude in then team

Your profile :

  • Academic degree in economics with focus on Supply Chain/Logistics or comparable commercial education with relevant work experience
  • Experiences in planning and/or supply management, and in project management
  • You have worked a reactive, complex, international and transversal environment,
  • You have worked in an environment driven by continuous improvement, lean, problem solving and ISO 9001, 14000 & 18000 norms
  • You have worked with ERP systems
  • Native French speaker
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Leadership, energy & drive, interactive management, continuous improvement management, problem solving, project management, change management, customer orientation, cetwork management, good negotiator, will be your best assets to succeed.

The job will be based in Obernai (Alsace)
