IT Manager (m/f/d)


As part of the User Service Management team (5 people), your mission is to manage IT teams in an international context in Europe in order to deliver excellent services to our internal customers. Your organisation covers level 1 (Hotline) and level 2 support (User service) with a team of 8 people.

With your experience in service desk systems and processes, you ensure the evolution of our platform with internal and external experts. You also define service desk processes and coordinate the implementation of these processes.

You contribute to the global strategy of the User Workspace definition and implementation.


Your responsibilities include negotiation with vendors and service partners to develop the hardware portfolio aligned with business needs.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

  • manage international IT User service and Hotline teams in Europe,
  • deploy new IT systems and services,
  • monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels and build recommendations to improve the IT infrastructure (especially for the user Workspace),
  • contribute to define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture and processes,
  • analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs,
  • assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software,
  • troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.

For this position, we are looking for the following profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, information science or similar field,
  • minimum 5 years of experience, in an international environment, managing a support team and setting up tools and processes to improve the management and quality of employees' daily work,
  • team management and strong leadership,
  • project management with internal and / or external teams,
  • complex problem solving ability,
  • strong customer orientation.

The following technical skills are necessary: Service Desk tools, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Anti-virus, VPN components, Computer provisioning, Cloud technologies, Mobile Device Management tools.

We would appreciate an experience in development.

English, French and German are needed for this position, 2 of them must be fluent.
