Software Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Mission
The software quality team manager ensures that the required software quality level (quality planning, quality assurance and quality control) is achieved every time a process is performed, the same information, methods, skills and controls are used and applied in a consistent process. Ultimately the software quality team manager ensures customer satisfaction, as well regulatory requirements are fulfilled in development projects.

• Ensures the successful development of safe, compliant and robust products and services in order to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Ensure quality process is established and followed throughout the offer creation – ensure quality process has been considered and integrated in all stages of the offer creation process
• Contribute and validate the software qualification strategy
• Identifying, analysing risks and potential risks that are affecting the company. Creating business continuity plan to limit risk. Monintoring effectiveness of risk mitigation
• Maintaining business drivers by giving guidance  to Managers and Teams
• Ensuring competencies & capabilities development plan for short-mid-long term business needs and improve collective performance
• Manage the respective budgets (investment, expenses, headcount)
• Ensure that project/department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budget, time and quality
• Define, build and manage the organisation to reach the objectives set within the group strategy and OP
• Measure common KPIs to measure quality & service performances 
• Promote tools and methodologies for problem solving and root cause analysis to identify non-conformities. Ensures non-conformities are addressed, documented, resolved and implemented
• Developing field testing standards, overseeing actual tests, managing systems that contain test results and troubleshooting issues involved in the filed testing process
• Perform (process / software) audits to identify and highlight discrepancies

Profile

• As a graduate in Engineering or Master in quality, you have 5 years’ experience in software quality or in software discipline development and process.
• You are able to manage teams in software development and to use methodologies like Agile or V-cycle. Your background in Edge software (Java, C#) and / or mobile app (Native, Web, Hybrid) would be a plus.
• Your deep knowledge in Azure DevOps / Git, SonarQube / SCA, Software methodology/referential (CMMi, Scrum) are also necessary.
• A B2 level in English is a prerequisite. French or German is a plus.
• Customer and quality oriented, you need to put them at the heart of everything to succeed in this job.
• Recognize for your leadership, you have also strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• You are results oriented, problem solver and able to provide a clear vision.
• Occasional trips to Europe are part of the job.
