The retirement complex in Kurpark Söcking is the first of its kind in Bavaria to be completely equipped with technical solutions to assist residents in their everyday lives. The building complex in Starnberg has been fitted with solutions by Hager, Berker, Elcom and the Hager-subsidiary Locate Solution.
One example of how this technology works is the four sensors in the kitchen. To guarantee optimal safety, they monitor the cooking process and movements in the vicinity of the oven. If no movement is registered in front of the oven, a warning sound is emitted initially, and then the power supply to the oven is interrupted.
The complex is made up of 75 retirement flats, providing residents with just the right level of care and comfort that they currently need and desire. The technical and nursing support can be individually tailored.
