Customer Experience Process Developer (m/w/d)

Your job is to elaborate the key common marketing processes for all European markets that will enable our customers to get the best physical digital and human customer experience whilst visiting our different touchpoints. You will need to describe them in such a manner that they can be implemented in our technological ecosystem (CMS/Marketing automation Tool/CRM). These processes should cover acquisition of customers, follow-up until conversion, retention and engagement scenarios. You will excel in this role if you are a customer-centric, structured, process-driven person with the skill to build relationships in an international environment.


  • You execute the Customer Experience Plan: implementing, maintaining, and upgrading key customer experience processes at the European level.
  • You get your hands dirty by checking every Customer Experience to gain a deep understanding of our systems and processes and how they work
  • You are single point of contact for all requests coming from local marketing teams on changes to be applied on our model: New functionalities that could improve the customer experience or new scenarios to be implemented at European level
  • You are the community manager of a “European CX Experts Team”. You encourage common practices amongst countries and you liaise with the other CRM experts in other functions (sales or customer support) to ensure a 360 coherence for the customer
  • You define effective measures to optimize the Customer Experience
  • You are able to develop a strategy to increase a database of high-quality data and to continuously monitor and improve the marketing CRM activities
  • You train our local marketing teams on CRM/CMX knowledge and share your experience with our local teams

Education & functional skills

  • Bachelor or Master´s degree or equivalent academic qualification
  • 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in marketing or in a customer experience role 
  • CXM/CRM/MAT systems experience is a must
  • Business Analysis experience including process mapping and requirements gathering

  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking, drive for high quality, detail oriented and well-organized, a love for process and numbers.
  • Customer centric and international mindset, used to working with different cultures, comfortable speaking with all audiences
  • Agile and pro-active, self-motivated, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Fluent in English

Soft Skills

  • Intercultural competence, open-mindedness, team player
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work with managers and staff at all levels.      
  • Mobility – to work from different places is not blocking point for you Self-starter, able to handle the role from end to end
  • Be flexible and ready to take on new challenges and keeping a cool head in hot moments
