Making our diversity an asset

As a European company with production sites in more than 22 countries, employees of 61 different nationalities and products and solutions available in more than 80 countries, Hager Group is a global player in the true sense of the word. Diversity has been key since the company was set up by the brothers Hermann and Dr. Oswald Hager.

Beyond a humanistic approach, we believe that diversity is essential for us to succeed in our various markets. Proper management of diversity at all levels of our organisation and in cooperation with our partner networks is now more than ever a genuine lever to support our business. Diversity is part of our E3 sustainable development initiative, Ethics Code and Corporate Project, which sets the framework for our actions.
