Each year, we welcome around 300 trainees, apprentices and interns globally. We support them in shaping a great future for themselves by offering tangible and challenging assignments which help them develop in an international company. We offer them more than a job but a chance to create their first professional experiences.

Hager Group University is offering various digital courses which cover many areas of work and is open to all young joiners.

We also run various communities which new talents can benefit from: the Young Professionals Club encourages global networking. The Future Council facilitates meetings between the next generation and our Executive Committee. The Management Summer School is the ideal environment to discuss hot topics with our top managers. There are endless ways for you to learn, grow and develop with us.

At the same time, our teams benefit from fresh ideas which can help us to prepare for the future, for example by anticipating what our end-customers might be asking for some years down the line. Each year the young talents bring a lot of energy and support to Hager Group and help us to progress.
