Engineering Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Following the creation of the safety detectors activity, we are looking for a Quality Engineer, based in Crolles, who will be in charge of:
In the products/solutions portfolio you are accountable worldwide for :

• Contribute to our customer's satisfaction : 
  • by defining the product and manufacturing process quality standard within new product development / evolution frame
  • by providing product expertise to customer and by defining appropriate improvement action plans with the Engineering teams 
• Guarantee the application of the quality standards of Hager Group 
• Support Value Chain for continuous improvement regarding the products and processes

Missions:

• Lead HPLP project audits prior to milestone review from M1 to M7
• Identify and assess quality gaps (including lessons learned of previous ranges) and propose corrective actions prior to milestone review
• Lead project / product / process risk analysis (EFA, FMEA and PPAP), including quality issues of previous ranges, and approve concession requests
• Define the product validation programme in cooperation with the project team
• Define & realise the process validation programme in cooperation with the project team
• Approve the product and process concession requests
• Define quality standards of the products/processes in plants and support Value Chain to ensure compliance
• Analyse product risks and validate blockings of product in stock in case of non-conformity
• Manage the action plan in order to solve product issues, minimise the OTD impact and release the stock            
• Define quality indicators of our customers and analyse the gaps
• Collect regularly feedbacks from markets and customers in order to understand the needs and define actions for improvement        
• Create, apply and have applied quality procedures
• Communicate and train on internal standards (tools, processes, working rules…)  

Profile:
Engineer (5 to 10 years of experience) or Technician (10 years of experience) with a quality specialization and a management experience.
Experience in quality and engineering, certification, manufacturing; ISO9000 family and other quality standards.
Strong knowledge in electromechanical and electronic manufacturing processes, product validation processes, electromechanical and electronic technologies, quality management tools
Knowledge of applicable standards on products of the perimeter
Strong leadership skills, ability to deal within multicultural environment, Be able to summarise the topic and argue and promote the quality position, communication skills
Capacity to manage 10% of travelling (providers, customers)
Language: English (B2.2).
