European Customer Care Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission:

Reporting to the Head of Customer Care and Support, you will join our dedicated team and actively structure and organize processes to support our customers in Europe in a consistent manner. You also contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and employees in our international call centers.

In this role, your main tasks will be:

• Define, harmonize and optimize the group's customer support processes in order to professionalize our approach and increase customer satisfaction
• Improve the management of customer requests from all our customer contact points by harmonizing processing practices through our CRM system
• Participate in new development projects (offers, applications, services, etc.) to ensure the implementation of efficient support processes
• Ensure that processes are integrated into customer relationship management and deployed to teams in the different markets
• Lead the community of local process managers from the different Europeans countries
• Measure the conformity of processes to customer expectations and launch continuous improvement actions if necessary

As a true ambassador for our customers, you contribute to the development of Hager Group and our growth in our various markets. You will work closely with the internal departments (marketing, engineering, training, etc.).

Profile:

• With a university degree and a specialization in customer relations, you have good experience in process management in an international context.
• You are structured and organized to harmonize European customer support processes.
• You like the field and know how to deliver simple and concrete operating procedures for the customer care teams.
• Fluent in English, you are able to coordinate projects and demonstrate pedagogical skills.
• You are smart, fun and want to contribute to the transformation of Hager Group.
• Your enthusiasm and your ability to work in a transversal way will be your best assets to succeed within our group.
• Travel is planned to the different markets of the group.
