Excellence Logistic Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

Attached to the Hager Group's logistics excellence department, you will be able to :

• Development of process optimization proposals on the basis of well-founded analyses, including their implementation.
• Analyze existing logistics processes and develop recommendations for changing work methods or sequences of operations to minimize risk, cost and waste and reduce quality issue.
• Developing new strategies for warehouse management and planning as well as for internal processes for all distribution centers.
• Editing and further development of the performance indicator system and preparation of regular reports and forecast calculations.
• Management of working and project groups in consequences at Group level.
• Apply Lean methodologies.
• Create work networks with all the managers of the Group's logistics centers.

Professional requirements

• Completed university studies with a focus on logistics or comparable training.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics processes, warehouse planning and process analysis.
• Very good experience in project management.
• Very good written and spoken English and German or French.
• Good knowledge of SAP R3 (modules MM, SD, WM).
• Basic knowledge of Lean Management.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or comparable tool desirable.
