Family Businesses: Successful together

Did you know that 90 percent of all German companies are family-controlled companies? We are proud to be one of these companies.

The non-profit organisation Family Businesses is the leading representative of the German family businesses in the corporate landscape. It represents an important promoter of scientific research in this field and is a reference point for politics and media on politico-economic and legal issues. And thereby forms a strong partner by the side of our family-run Hager Group

Sharing ideas between other family-run companies is one of the key benefits for the Hager Group. This is the reason why Daniel Hager, CEO of our group, plays a leading role by regularly taking part in symposia organised by the Foundation. Most recently, he was a guest at the Family Business Day held in Berlin. There, he exchanged views with representatives from business and politics on how to increase competitiveness in Europe. The Hager Group has been a member of the Family Business Foundation since 2008 and in addition, Philip Hager is a member of the Board of Trustees.
