Hager Forum boosts colleagues’ creativity in Obernai

In the frame of the International Creativity Week Hager Forum offered employees the chance to develop their creativity through a series of innovative, fun workshops.

In a constantly and more and more rapidly changing world, Hager Group is currently undergoing fundamental and ambitious changes that concern all of its 11 650 employees.
As a catalyst for this change, Hager Forum reflects this new corporate culture and offers a series of activities and events to promote and support the development of the company.

This is why, from 18th to 22nd April, and as part of International Creativity Week, our Obernai colleagues have been invited to discover every day a new aspect of creativity.

Creative tools and methods within Hager Group, workshops to know and define their creative profile, fun workshops, introduction to creation and practical arts… Hager Forum wanted to give our curious colleagues some key drivers to be even more creative and innovative.

For Jean Lasserre, Director of CAEIS, “Creativity should be highly encouraged in the entire organisation and there is no better place for doing it than at Hager Forum where thousands of people gather to discuss, have an exchange and think about all aspects of our business, every single year. No doubt, some great ideas have and will be matured here! We are great supporters of the ‘Creativity Week’ and we are looking forward to make it even richer next time!”

During this first edition that was led by both internal and external experts 150 colleagues discovered different aspects of creativity and boosted their creative potential. More activities and events for the release and development of our colleagues’ innovative and creative spirit will follow throughout this year.
