Hager Group at the Bizz&Buzz Digital Festival


Etienne Dock, Hager Group SVP Digital & Information, spoke on the theme of Hager Group’s digital ethics strategy as Top Speaker at the launch party of Bizz&Buzz 2019, the digital festival in France.


We participated in 6th edition of Bizz&Buzz, a digital festival held in Strasbourg from 15th to 17th October 2019. Organised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg, this annual event allows decision-makers to understand digital issues and business transformation (Artificial Intelligence, Large Data, E-Commerce, Cybersecurity,...). More than 1,500 participants were able to participate in some 40 or so training courses, conferences and workshops.


During his speech, Etienne Dock developed Hager Group's digital ethics strategy, which is based on 2 main axes: data security and transparency in the use of data. He spoke about the technologies that require data, the difficulties in data governance and concluded by saying how, at Hager Group, we are developing our own digital ethics.


"At Hager Group digital ethics is important to us, we guarantee security for and transparent use of our customers’ data,"he explained.


Colleagues were also present during the rest of the event representing our Hager brand.
