Ninety Hager Group employees attended the three-day Hager India Sales Meet in Goa. From 10th to 12th January, goals and perspectives for 2018 were discussed.
Kicking off the meeting Franck Houdebert, Chief Group Human Resources Officer, shared the group’s vision and mission. He was followed by Pascal Dubreucq, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing APAC Region, who emphasised India’s role in the field of Research & Development. The importance of leadership, key priorities and different market scenarios in India were also on the agenda. And an award ceremony celebrated the key performers from 2017 and employees with five or ten years’ of service with Hager India.
The second day was all about Transforming to Win. As such, four workshops on the topics of customers, value proposition, sales operation and leadership were held. Regional managers presented their regional business plans on the last day.
And so, the course for 2018 was set.
