HR Systems Specialist (m/f/d) - SuccessFactors


The HR Systems Specialist provides high-level expertise in relation to SuccessFactors to optimise usage of current modules, accompany implementation projects for new applications and improve user experience.

Mission

The HR Systems Specialist delivers a high quality support service in resolving complex issues as second level support:

  • Acts as liaison with users in investigating, analyzing and troubleshooting system problems
  • Recommends short-term corrective actions and long-term solutions related to system evolution
  • Plays an active role in developing system knowledge and skills of key users through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with colleagues

 

The HR Systems Specialist develops a good understanding of current processes and works closely with internal HR customers to identify new/enhancement requirements:

  • Maintains detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, new releases and best practices enabling him to propose re-engineering opportunities
  • Articulates the pros and cons for each option taking into account system interdependencies and support business customers in decision making
  • Translates these business requirements into functional/technical specifications and collaborates with the Digital & Information team and external partners for proper implementation and testing in the various test and productive environments
  • Prepares documentation and training materials as needed and assists in delivering training on new processes and functionalities


Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree with five plus (5+) years experience of relevant consulting or industry experience implementing one or more of following SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Performance and Talent Management, Recruitment Management, JAM Enterprise and Learning Management System. Knowledge around Recruitment Marketing, Compensation, Time Management, Onboarding, Payroll and understanding of the integration points are complementary assets
  • Experience in application support with the ability to analyze issues in a timely, accurate and effective way and provide clear recommendations
  • Understanding of the function and processes of Human Resource Management and proven ability to translate business processes into proper system specifications in a consultative approach
  • Ability to multi-task support activities and enhancement/implementation of projects and meet deadlines in a global and dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, communicate with both technical and non-technical users and accompany change
  • Customer first mentality and curious thinker with the initiative to find solutions
  • English is a must, any additional language is a complementary asset
