Integration Project Leader PIM / BSS / ERP m/w


The Integration Project Leader PIM / BSS / ERP m/w  will have as main mission to manage integration projects through implementing end to end business requirements leveraging the existing platform capabilities in the context of business offering related projects to support the business strategy and the roadmap of the Digital Factory, in particular around creation and development of offers and services based on smart and connected solutions & products (IoT) for residential home (Smart Home) and office (Smart Building).

Your Missions :

  • Perform business analysis and scope preparation with product owners and marketing team for business projects to be implemented onto the platform  
  • Build the project plan and coordinate the plan to completion with all stakeholders to evaluation of success (on-time delivery, expense management and end user satisfaction)   
  • Work closely with the Digital Architect and each Technical Domain Lead to specify data model evolution and specific configuration / development required on each component of the platform   
  • Communicate with Technical Domain Lead (and/or integrator & vendors) to clarify data format requirements and define best integration scheme   
  • Responsible to build and draw the functional and technical documentation, including flow diagrams   
  • Responsible for project plan, documentation, respect of scope, delays and costs   
  • Identify and understand cross-project dependencies and risks – coordinating with respective teams as applicable   
  • Help to ensure cross functional teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility   

Your Profile :

  • Minimum a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or similar field
  • 5+ years work experience in managing IT integration projects
  • Knowledge of Agile / Lean methodologies (Scrum / XP / Kanban) is a plus
  • Good understanding of technical integration technologies such as API management, ESB, SOAP/RESTfull and XML & JSON concepts
  • Experience producing software development scope / specification documentation
  • Strong project management skill – good time management, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess an eye for detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in system integration projects, leveraging SaaS and Cloud-based solutions and digital IT components (apps / web)
  • You have one or more experiences around CMS / e-Commerce, BSS / OSS, PIM / DAM, ... (in an on-premise or Cloud / SaaS environment)
  •  Especially on the following CMS / e-Commerce and PIM/DAM solutions is a plus : AKENEO, INRIVER, SALSIFY, ORACLE, IBM INFOSPHERE, STIBO SYSTEMS, PIMCORE, CONTENTSERV, KYKLO, WEDIA, NUXEO, ADOBE, MAGENTO 1 & 2, SITECORE, DRUPAL, PRESTASHOP, DEMANDWARE / SFDC
  • You have one or more experience in BSS (mediation, valuation, billing) functions in the context of prepaid / postpaid networks (OCS / IN) or service operators
  • You have one or more experience in ESB / API management / BPM
  • You have a good technical understanding of IT technologies and digital nodes (SSO/CIAM, marketing automation, CRM, CMS, e-commerce solution, PIM, DAM)
