Manager Digital Communications (m/f/d)

In this position, you will lead our digital communications team on Group level and handle all activities around our website (www.hagergroup.com) and our social media channels.

Mission

• You lead and orchestrate our online and social media presence through the development of compelling strategic concepts, sound editorial planning and the subsequent consistent implementation.
• You are responsible that our internet presence and social media channels are engaging for our target groups in order to reach our targets on awareness, followers and conversion
• You create and implement effective online content and social media campaigns in text, picture & video format
• You help to build a network of skilled colleagues to act as Brand Ambassadors
• You cooperate with multipliers such as bloggers and influencers on specific topics such as Energy Management or Sustainability
• You define KPIs and report on target achievement in a pragmatic manner
• You manage external agencies and partners and ideally you have a strong external support network on your own
• You scout trends in the digital sector and help us to benefit from them

Profile

• You already collected relevant experiences (> 5 years) in the design and implementation of social media and web strategies
• You have a Master degree with a focus on marketing, communication, media or you are just a very gifted person and convince us of that
• You master content creation on web pages and social media channels (like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & Instagram) and know how to keep a community engaged
• You have excellent knowledge of the diverse possibilities and platform mechanics that various social media channels offer for communication and know how to orchestrate a successful campaign
• Experiences in web-editing, UX design and SEO are a plus
• You are always on the pulse of the times and identify relevant digital trends and derive corresponding recommendations for action
• You are highly self-driven and pro-active who likes to take over responsibility as well as a creative thinker; your analytical mind-set helps you to come up with strategies that create impact
• As our team lead for digital communication, you enjoy guiding your team members and to liaise with colleagues inside and outside Group Communications
• Of course - but just to be on the safe side - we assume that you have a very good command of English, enjoy team play and have the ability to set priorities
