Project Manager (m/f/d) New Product Offer

Hager Group is one of the leaders for solutions and services dedicated to electrical installations (commercial and residential). In a context of deep mutation of our environment, our projects and programs become more and more complex (i.e. products, apps, configurators, services, cloud, partnerships).
To stay competitive in this changing environment, our ambition is to become a leader in the project and program management. This is why we created our competency center called OFFER PMO to manage effectively the complex projects and programs dedicated to the offer creation.

Your missions:

• Accountable of the project lead on the complete project scope until objectives are met 
• Define the project scope, goals and final deliverables with all stakeholders based on project charter 
• Ensure robust outputs of the investigation phase: Value Proposition, business, case, resources and planning
• Accountable that final completion criteria are met: Time, Quality, Cost and ensure a systematic decreasing risk management approach 
• Evaluate final performance against defined project goals 
• Ensure regular communication with stakeholders
• Support the introduction of new agile methods and tools as lean start-up, design thinking and agile methodologies 

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (electronics, mechanics, mechatronics) or in Marketing/Business in a technical environment 
• Excellent skills in project management with a solid experience of working in global cross functional teams
• Technical knowledge of current and future breaking technologies 
• Problem solving and decision making 
• Fluent language skills in German and English
• French language skills desirable
