Project Manager PMO Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

Mission

You enhance the project management on the whole scope of Sales & Marketing Europe to support the key missions and activities which will drive the business and organisation success.

• Develop and maintain a detailed project management plan and prioritization matrix in collaboration with project leaders and stakeholders including time lines, team resources and budget on European level
• Track and escalate project timeline, budget and quality using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques and escalate identified project risks
• Support the project leaders in delivering project results in agreed timeline, budget and quality
• Define efficient project working routines and share best practices
• Support the Senior Vice President Region Europe as sparring partner for business projects and reviews

Education & functional skills

• Master’s degree in marketing, business or engineering
• 5 years of experience in project management of an international company (matrix organization) or consulting environment
• Good skills in software and project management tools
• Good business & finance acumen

Language skills

• Fluent skills in English
• Good skills in German or French desirable

• Good negotiating skills and winning manner
• Structured way of working & results driven – proactive and motivating personality
• Analytical thinking & effective communication skills
• Willingness to travel
