Rouby Industrie (Cognac)

Rouby Industrie designs and installs highly advanced locks, dams and valves. As the family company continues to grow, it recently added a new production unit in Salles d’Angles in the Pont Neuf business park.

This involves a high-tech 10,000 m2 building and therefore a real challenge for Hager, who designed the entire electrical system with its partner Delage Systèmes. The calculations and electrical diagrams were developed using Hager Elcomnet and Hagercad.T. tools. The main low-voltage switchboard, a centrepiece of the project, is double-sided for optimal fitting. From the transformer station and the circuit breaker to the cabinet boxes and computer jacks via the ignition panel, fixtures, conduits and floor boxes, everything was thought through in detail.

The lighting management systems are another key focus of the operation. Hager proposed its home automation tebis system, which allows you to control the lighting of the factory when needed. Over the course of the project, the partners made sure that the studies and operations were closely monitored to enable the fitting of an electrical installation that meets the requirements and goals of the company.
