Senior Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d)


Mission

In the role of a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) you will support the hiring in the complete recruitment process end-to-end with focus on challenging technical as well as management positions. You will manage the recruiting process from the first briefing by the executive to the support of contract negotiations with the candidates. In addition, you will support continuous improvement in recruitment activities, tools and processes in an international environment.

 

We are looking for an autonomous, perseverant and customer-oriented personality who can communicate at eye level with hiring managers and is willing to contribute to continuous improvement projects and responsibility on your own initiative.

 

We are searching for people who have at least five years of experience in recruiting for specialist positions in an international environment requiring explanation as well as management positions and who are interested in actively helping to shape and develop the company's HR work in the area of recruiting.

 

  • Recruiting of demanding specialists (m/f/d) as well as management positions
  • Advising the HR Business Partners as well as the specialist department regarding the recruiting strategy and support in the complete recruiting process
  • Establishing profiles with the responsible manager, managing expectations, selecting suitable candidates and accompanying them through to contract negotiations
  • Attracting qualified talents: Creating and placing job advertisements and actively approaching candidates via various career platforms and social media (LinkedIn, Xing).
  • Qualification of candidates by means of telephone or video/face-to-face interviews as well as support of candidates in all application phases up to contract negotiation
  • Support in transversal talent acquisition projects
  • Preparation of regular reports on recruiting activities provided by our HR systems
  • Analysis of current market trends in the field of recruiting and proposal of appropriate measures
  • Further development of the department to become an integrated service provider in the field of recruiting
  • Cooperation and coordination of external recruitment agencies

 

Profile

  • Successfully completed master studies with a focus on HR or psychology
  • Relevant and several years of professional experience in the field of recruiting with successful track record
  • Very good knowledge of active sourcing, affinity for social media platforms (especially Xing and LinkedIn) as well as experience with online applicant management systems
  • Proactive team player (m/f/d) with strong communication skills and a good level of autonomy
  • Ability to communicate on all management levels
  • Solution-oriented with high customer orientation
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English, French is a plus
