Senior Talent Management Consultant (m/f/d)

We are hiring a Senior Talent Development Consultant which main mission will be to propose, provide and monitor at Group level talent development practices and coaching.    

We aim to unlock People and Teams potential by encouraging a spirit of self-development and providing a talent development ecosystem for managers and HR.

Your main missions will be following ones:

Development and deployment of tools and practices for the individual and collective development of employees and teams:

• Identification of needs in terms of development tools and resources
• Creation of HR actions and toolbox to cover the realities of development needs
• Ensure the deployment of this tool box: training, coaching of HR or managers
• Identify external players & create solid partnerships to support us in the development of employees & teams

Individual support and guidance of employees in their development:

• Identification of competencies, skills and motivations support building career paths and internal mobility possibilities
• Specific coaching of employees and managers on key issues
• Support in individual mobility processes: preparation for interviews, introductions, assistance in building a network, etc. Link with managers and HR contacts for the implementation of mobility.
• In collaboration with the HR Business Partners, contribution to the detection and support of talent.
• Implementation and animation of programmes and tools associated with Talent Management
• Steering & monitoring of Talent Pools: definition of policies, steering, monitoring, follow-up of key indicators
• Contribution to cross-functional and specific HR projects on the subject of development

Profile

• You have more than 5 years of experience in HR development.
• You have acquired deep knowledge of people assessment tools,  certified in coaching  and personalized individual and group facilitation practice.  
• You possess high active listening skills, project management experience, and are able to develop a vision and to communicate it effectively.
• You inspire confiance and build strong networks with our stakeholders.
