SEO and Paid Media Manager (m/w)


Missions:

  • Develop and implement a global SEM and Paid Media Strategy according to local business targets
  • Create and manage marketing programs including campaign development with agencies and partners
  • Guarantee compliance with GDPR/SPAM regulations
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and responding to users and reporting on results
  • Create and organize relevant cohort-specific targeting and customer segmentation strategy
  • Work to develop the proper reporting and analytics to manage performance on key metrics (open rates, ctr, revenue lift, engagement)
  • Provide tactical SEO recommendations for new product launches, website updates, work on implementation in cross-functional teams
  • Create and execute Paid Media Campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc on global level to support local Marketing Teams achieving defined results
  • Collaborate with Social Media & Content Marketing Manager on any adjustments and changes that need to be made to the SEO strategy based on Google changes and algorithm updates
  • Collaborate with Senior Analyst International Performance Marketing to analyse, review and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines
  • Staying up-to-date with SEM and Paid Media trends being able to be counselor and advisor on global level and for all legal entites of Hager Group

Your profile and skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, marketing or similar field
  • 5+ years (confirmed) work experience in digital marketing, prefered Relationship Marketing roles in app and/or e-commerce companies
  • Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices, requirements, creative process, CRM tools and automation technology
  • Strong knowledge of SEO
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as GA, Search Console, Google certified, etc.
  • Google Analytics and Google Adwords Certification
  • Solid understanding of mobile and website user behaviours
  • Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skill
  • Work independently or as a team player in a team environment
  • Has a network of partners and agencies
  • Fluent in French or German and English
