Talent Acquisition Leader H/F

Our Talent Acquisition Leader will help our organisation find and retain excellent employees across the Group. He/she will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to locate and discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with candidates.

In this job, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Support the Business and the HRBPs to determine current and future staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Identify together with the HRBPs and the Business any critical skills' gaps and implement solutions to address them
  • Define Talent Acquisition Strategies & hiring plans
  • Lead Employment Branding/ EVP  initiatives
  • Be the Recruitment Process Owner for the Group ; is responsible from the design to continuous improvement
  • Act as the Group Key user on our Recruitment Management System
  • Propose, define and implement the best recruitment model for the Group (Make or Buy/Sizing/Roles & Responsibilities , KPIs..)
  • Manage Global Vendors relationships & recruitment Sourcing policy
  • Plan, organise and attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas for improvement

We are looking for the following profile:

  • Business or engineering School, Master's Degree in international project management
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, experienced in full cycle resourcing, recruiting and employer branding.. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques. Fully knowledgeable in Job Boards and Social Media. Working knowledge of ATS and databases. Knowlege of French, German & Chinese labour markets will be a strong differentiator
  • The candidate must have an experience of working in an international environment (international assignment, study abroad ...

To succeed in this position, these c​​​ompetences will be key:

  • Excellent communication skills - team player - well organised - strategic thinker
  • Action oriented, customer focus, ability to collaborate, global perspective
  • English fluent, French or German are a plus
