Dear colleagues,
Last week, you received an e-mail to share your experience about home office. Unfortunately, the link to the survey was not correct. Now we send you the corrected version. If you have already completed the questionnaire without encountering any problems, you don´t need to complete it a second time. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your participation.
This survey is aimed at employees who have experienced home office (before or during the crisis). It takes about 15 minutes. It’s available in English, French and German. You can change the language in the upper right corner. In 2019, the working group Be mobile, Work without walls, was set up to promote Mobile Work at Hager Group. The Coronavirus crisis provided a step-change to the topic. We had to learn to work differently, to adapt our way of working and exchanging. Nearly 5,000 people suddenly discovered, tested and improved their home office practices.
We would like to ask you how you’ve experienced working from home during the past few weeks. Our objective: learning from your feedback and improve our practices in the company.
Thank you for your participation! |

Learn more about "Be mobile, Work without walls" This multidisciplinary and transverse working group acts globally. Involving employees from human resources, IT, sustainable development, building management, etc., who are passionate about the subject, it supports the transition towards more flexible working methods. How? By observing, collecting, sharing and testing everything related to Mobile Work culture, physical and virtual collaborative spaces, digital solutions for home office, and (inter)cultural aspects. From autumn 2019, around a hundred employees in four teams in France and Germany have started a pilot project: experimenting Mobile Work.
