The current coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) is a special and unusual reality, which demonstrates how important it is to stay in touch with all our colleagues, suppliers and customers. Now is the time to incorporate this lesson : to keep in touch, reliable data are must-haves and we are all accountable for that.
We entered the pandemic luckily with our employee groupwide database SuccessFactors deployed last year. But since all of us did not fill-in all the blanks, important data were still lacking, such as:
Reliable contact information For those who experienced short-time work, it was essential to keep in touch and sometimes to even be able to be contacted at home.

Up-to-date emergency contact -> Please check if you have an emergency contact : is it still the right person? Is the phone number still correct?
