The current coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19) is a special and unusual reality, which demonstrates how important it is to stay in touch with all our colleagues, suppliers and customers. Now is the time to incorporate this lesson : to keep in touch, reliable data are must-haves and we are all accountable for that.

We entered the pandemic luckily with our employee groupwide database SuccessFactors deployed last year. But since all of us did not fill-in all the blanks, important data were still lacking, such as:

Reliable contact information
For those who experienced short-time work, it was essential to keep in touch and sometimes to even be able to be contacted at home.

Up-to-date emergency contact
-> Please check if you have an emergency contact : is it still the right person? Is the phone number still correct?

Defined preferred language
Communications will be more and more personalized in the future. To be sure we will talk to you in the language of your choice, the accurate information must be recorded in SuccessFactors.
