Checklist V16 : a major release 
The new Create the Offer checklist includes many updates and improvements. Here is an overview of them. To find them all, we invite you to read the latest version of the Create the Offer checklist on DMS.
Evidence Referents There will be “evidence referents” for each evidence – they will be accountable for the evidence, the related updates and who can provide guidelines for its application. In the V16 of the Checklist, some of the “evidence referents” are already identified.
Digital Building Tools interfaces with projects New evidences related to Digital Building Tools interfaces with projects are added to ensure better synchronization of the interactions and expected results.
Regular Post-M6 Launch Meetings One existing evidence is updated in order to add that the program / project manager will organize regular post-M6 launch meetings for Category 4 and L Market Launch projects. A new template for the meetings presentation is created and referenced in the evidence.
Turnover Commitment Alignment One new M1 evidence is added in order to ensure the stakeholders alignment on the targeted turnover and the activities to create the associated offer (new simplified RACE template is associated to this evidence). One existing M3 evidence is updated in order to put the emphasis on the key activities to create the targeted turnover and the alignment between the relevant stakeholders on this.
Project naming rules One existing evidence is updated in order to give information on the way that new project naming rules will be applied in coordination with the Design studio.
Life Cycle Management Some evidences are updated in order to reflect that Life Cycle Management will be more involved in the management of the Project Risks. Production plan & Capacity related evidences are updated to ensure a better understanding of the requirements and better efficiency. MCF & EoL evidences are updated in order to ensure a better understanding of the requirements and better efficiency.
Eco-Design Eco-design existing evidences have been updated in order to ensure a better understanding of the requirements and better efficiency
Responsibilities Responsibilities are updated in some existing evidences in order to better reflect and adapt to the organization
Templates Fourteen existing templates are associated to existing evidences which did not have any referenced document. Two new templates are created and associated to Design related evidences.
