As a valued Supplier and Business Partner of the Hager Group we are glad to inform you that Hager Group’s solution provider for our cloud-based procurement processes will be: SAP Ariba Guided Buying. You have already started your journey with us on SAP Ariba Guided Buying and we would like to move ahead together on this journey by completing the 2 step onboarding process.
Get Onboarded to SAP Ariba Guided Buying - 2 Step Process Your active participation is now required to enable the continuation of our business relationship via the SAP Ariba platform. Therefore, you will receive an email invitation from the platform to start the 2-step process in order to become fully registered and qualified as a Hager Supplier. This 2-step approach is described here below and the onboarding package attachment with “how to" video is here to guide you. 
Step 1 - Login & Registration As you already have a supplier account on the Ariba network please ensure to re-use your companies account to login.
Upon reception of your supplier registration invitation email, click on the ‘Click Here’ link to kick off the registration process. See attached video for guidance.
Note: It is important that you use your existing account and do not create a new account for your trading relationship with Hager. If you have any questions regarding this topic please contact your buyer in charge for support. In the case that you would be creating a new account by mistake please note that this would create an additional account & legal representation of your company that will not be eligible for a trading relationship with Hager.

Step 2 - Qualification Once the registration procedure is completed you will receive a confirmation email following which your buyer will initiate the qualification process. You will receive at each step of the process an email notification to allow you to follow up with the progress and actions that are required of you.
