When should the Performance interview completed by?
We still have until 28th February 2019.

Now there is SuccessFactors, does the discussion have to be face-to-face?
YES! SuccessFactors records information it does not replace a face-to-face discussion. The PI really is an opportunity to discuss together and reinforce the work relationship.

I have already had my Performance Interview, how do I finalise it?
The process is completed when your manager clicks on Agreement of Objectives.

To agree to my objectives do I need to sign a paper version?
No because an automatic electronic signature is generated by clicking on I agree. But if for your records you prefer to have a paper version, this is up to you, however, please do not print out unnecessary copies.

I’d like some extra advice, who can I ask?
Either your manager or your HR Business partner.

SuccessFactors isn’t working properly, who can I contact?
A member of the IT department.


So far, 20,8% of PIs have been completed, let’s keep up the great momentum until 28th February.
