Quality Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Your missions

• Validate the software development plan:
  • Verify that the document or the set of documents are compliant to our software processes and methods 
  • Ensure that they are integrating at all mandatory parts/ processes 
  • To evaluate risks, to ask for remediation and/ or agree in case of gaps 
• Facilitate and guarantee the resolution of the risks within the projects 
• Contribute and validate the software qualification strategy
• Follow project indicators (issues, static code analysis reports, tests coverage, ...)
• Ensure that non-conformities are resolved and correction are implemented 
• Collaboration with the Customer Technical Support team on claims/ bugs fixing 
• Manage Field Tests (Alpha tests, Beta tests)
• Perform software & phase audits to identify and highlight discrepancies 
• Ensure that software and projects processes are applied 
• Identify, define and deploy Software methodology & Quality Tools inside the project
• Promote tools, processes, feedbacks and lesson learnt over quality department and software discipline 

Your profile

• As a graduate in Engineering or Master in quality, you have 5 years' experience in software quality or in software discipline development and process
• You are able to manage transversal projects in software development and to use methodologies like Agile or V-cycle
• Your background in Edge software (Java, C#) and/or mobile app (Native, Web, Hybrid) would be a plus 
• Your deep knowledge in Azure DevOps/ Git, SonarQube/ SCA, Software methodology/ referential (CMMi, Scrum) are also necessary
• A B2 level in English is a prerequisite 

• Customer and quality oriented, you need to put them at the heart of everything to succeed in this job 

• Recognized for your leadership, you have also strong analytical, communication and written skills

• You are results oriented, problem solver, able to work collaboratively and independently in changing environment 

• Occasional trips to Europe are part of the job
