Customer Experience Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission:< <

  • Understand the customer. Building a customer strategy by understanding customers' needs and behaviors and creating customer segmentation. Describe main personas and typical customer journey by identifying touchpoints and common pains and gains for different markets<
  • Create a customer vision. Be in charge of a customer journey map, anticipate interaction and develop and drive initiatives.The objective will be to develop an emotional connection<
  • Manage internal stakeholders: Partner with our content factory, our digital factory and local Marketing teams as well as others. Collect insights and analyze data by liaising closely with our Customer Intelligence Department<
  • Run projects:  identify best practices for all countries, produce and publish content that can be helpful for the community. Roll up your sleeves and get stuff done<
  • Animate our marketing leaders community located in 10 main countries across Europe<  < <

    Your profile and skills:< <

  • Bachelor's Degree, 3 years + experience in (web)-marketing or a digital, ideally multinational environment<
  • Strong ability and passion for working with CRM and automation tools<
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills<
  • Experience in working in an multinational environment, used to deal with different cultures<
  • Strong and attentive listening skills with the ability to analyze situations and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  • English fluent, German and/or French is a plus< <


    Preferred Qualifications:< <

  • Experience in Customer Experience (CX) roles with exposure to automation marketing tools and CRM<
  • Experience in B2B2C industry<
  • Affinity with e-commerce environment<
  • Experience in retail or distribution companies which have gone through a digital transformation< <
