Industrialisation Team Leader (m/f/d)

As an Industrialisation Team Leader, you are leading a team of project leaders which you monitor, supervise and support. Responsibility for the team means to define targets linked to the company targets based in the x-matrix, the product development plan, project support, and the preparation of KPI's. A team leader follows the principles of industrialization strategy, analyses and fulfils manufacturing requirements and be precise in budget and time for deliverables.

Mission

• You estimate the investment funds and the product manufacturing costs
• You define industrial scenarios for finished products, subsets and parts
• You prepare and provide the tool concept following the proposed concepts from Engineering
• You have to manage the Design of Manufacturing approach in order to approve the manufacturing feasibility of the parts design
• You control the time schedule for the preparation and delivery of all production equipment
• As the leader you motivate and strive the development of your team, ensure the competencies & capabilities development plan and improve the collective performance if needed
• You define the estimated team needs based on the workforce, knowledge and competency evolutions

Profile

• Master´s Degree in technical engineering
• At least 5 years experience as a Team and/ or Project Leader in industrialization projects
• You convince with metal production, plastic and injection moulding skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, SixSigma, SAP
• Ability to integrate quickly complex projects
• Fluency in English and German is a must
