++ Continuous Improvement Awards
200 colleagues from 9 different countries presented 12 projects at the Continuous Improvement Awards ceremony. Each finalist project team pointed out the connection to one or more of the Six Change Levers. Awards were given in the following categories: transversal, process improvement and ECO. A Special Award was also presented to a fourth project that distinguished itself.
++ Young Talents Day
Hager Group opened the doors of its Obernai site to the talents of tomorrow on 30th March 2017. More than 100 students from various engineering schools in the region found out more about Hager Group and its career opportunities in a series of workshops. Young Talents Day is part of the Change Lever People.
++ Hager GO
82 per cent of Hager Group employees took part in the HagerGO! employee satisfaction survey, more than ever before. Questions about the Six Change Levers were asked in the survey.
Performance interviews have come to an end. Preparation is now under way for the second round of the new PDI process. Part of the Change Lever People, the Performance Development Interviews between managers and employees will take place from June to August 2017.
