Talent Management Project Manager (m/w/d)

The Talent Management Project Manager will contribute to the design of Talent Management initiatives and to their deployment at Group level. You will also design and implement learning modules or programs for the Group to support the business transformation priorities. You act as a subject matter expert for talent strategy and employee development.


Your main responsabilities:

Talent Management Processes:

  • Be the Process Owner for two of the core Talent Processes:
  • Group People and Organisation Reviews (process definition, deployment and continuous improvement, training of HR and Managers, follow-up and monitoring, talent pooling).
  • Group Performance Management Cycle (further definition and deployment of performance management approach, management of yearly Objective setting and Performance evaluation cycle; deployment of Performance and Development Interviews for non-rolled out populations and continuous improvements; train-the –trainer for HR; KPIs).

Learning Offer:

  • Develop learning modules or programs in line with Group priorities defined during Group People & Organisation Review, in close interaction with Business leaders and internal stakeholders. Supervise their deployment in close cooperation with HRBPs and Learning Administration.

Talent Management Project/Initiatives:

  • Lead Group Talent Management Projects and/or initiatives as per Group priorities (ex : deployment of mentoring process, engagement..).


The main requirements for the position are:

  • Business or HR Master Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as HR generalist and/or Talent Management.
  • Be familiar in working in an international environment.

We are looking for strong analysis and synthesis skills, project management and communication skills, ability to manage and deal with various stakeholders (business, HR, external parties), autonomy and ability to network .

A knowledge of Talent Management processes and practices would be appreciated.

To succeed in your missions you are recognised for your leadership competencies such as global perspective, collaboration, customer focus, drive for results and resilience.

As the position is at corporate/level, you must be fluent in English, French and German language are a plus.

Business travels are expected, especially in France and Germany.
