Technical Consultant CRM MS Dynamics 365 (m/f/d)

Mission

In a team, working in the fields of CRM area, you will strengthen the functional division as a CRM expert for our MS Dynamics CRM platform:

• You will coordinate developments cross our implementation partners and the internal D&I teams
• You will manage the releases by coordinating and supporting solution deployments
• You will be responsible of an up and running tests environment
• You will support the roll-out on new markets by delivering the specification to the technical team
• You will develop the automation strategy/effort and provide the scripts to perform automated testing cycles
• You will manage the demand related to the Data Quality
• You will manage on the CRM side migration of the ALM (TFS) to the cloud.
• You will provide support to test team, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• You will manage escalations for productive issues

Profile

• Bachelor/ Master/ Diploma degree in business informatics or equivalent education.
• Minimum 5 years experiences on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (cloud CRM).
• You already managed the releases cycle of Microsoft cloud solutions.
• You have a good knowledge on the ALM solution based on TFS .
• You are familiar with the .NET Framework, C # and JavaScript.
• You speak English fluently (minimum B2 level) and master German or French.
• You are recognized for your communication skills and the negotiation with internal clients and your ability to synthesize.
• Autonomy, accuracy, persistence, adaptability and teamwork are assets to succeed in this position.
