The Place Sarajevo: Heritage Meets Modern Technology
The Place will house a practice for planning, architectural design and consulting. It will serve as the headquarters for the Park Residence project in Sarajevo, which is a large residential complex of five buildings, under construction in Sarajevo.
The Place is situated in the center of Sarajevo in a 19th-century building that is being converted to house the practice.
The Place will be more than just an office; it is also designed to showcase interior design. Berker switch ranges and the Hager KNX building automation technology help to make this vision a reality.
The lobbies and halls are fitted with the S.1 and 1930 series, the meeting rooms with the R.3 series, the showrooms with the B.7 series, and finally the offices with the Q.1 series.
All meeting room desks are fitted with tehalit.BKIS ducts are equipped with systo energy and network sockets.
Volta enclosures are discreetly integrated into the walls equipped with RCCB, modular devices and KNX devices in the hallways.
The exterior of the building which was damaged in the war is also being refurbished. Elcom door communication devices will be used to control entry.
