With customer centricity at the heart, in-depth market observation and analysis has highlighted particular needs for our high-end customers. APAC Manufaktur centre was created to provide solutions and continue to offer excellent products and services; this centre offers individualised, exclusive, high-end products to our customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

The 95m2 APAC Manufaktur centre is located in our factory in Huizhou China and was designed and built in alignment with colleagues from several departments. The ambitions of the APAC Manufaktur centre are to:

• Provide customised and stylish choices to our targeted customers - hotel & hospitality industry and high-end residential buildings
• Answer customer requests for adaptations to existing products, materials, colour, design images…
• Implement technical process and provide the look and feel of multiple materials, such as metal, wood and leather
• Become an innovative lab sparking ideas for interior design trends.

APAC Manufaktur centre is already operational and an official opening ceremony to introduce this customisation service centre to internal and external partners as well as the general public will soon take place.
