Hager Group has been recognized twice as Best Employer in Germany!

Spotlight on FOCUS: 4th place in the "Electrotechnik Branch" ranking
For the ninth year in a row, Hager Group has been awarded the title of "Best Employer in Germany".

In the category "Electrotechnik branch" - in the electrical engineering sector - we have risen to 4th place in the ranking (+1 place). In the overall ranking, we were ranked 155th out of 1,000 selected employers this year, with a score of 159 points.

The study is carried out by FOCUS-Business magazine in cooperation with the employer evaluation platform Kununu. To be among the 1,000 selected employers, the company must have: an average overall score of at least 3.0 points on Kununu (scale of 1 to 5), at least 50 reviews in total (including 10 since 2019), a location in Germany and at least 500 employees, and a recommendation rate of at least 60% on Kununu.

Spotlight on Stern: 8th place in the "Deutschlands Beste Arbeitgeber - Elektronik und Electrotechnik" ranking
For the first time, our company has been recognized by the magazine Stern in cooperation with the market research organization Statista. In the category "Elektronik und Electrotechnik" we came in 8th place. In the overall ranking, we are in 128th place with a score of 74.39/100.

For this study, more than 50,000 employees were asked via online business panels whether they would recommend their own company as an employer. All companies with at least 500 employees in Germany could be evaluated.
